1988 Graduated from Williston High School
1988 Member of the 18 & Under National Champion Team of the Jacksonville Astros
1988 Awarded a 4 year full softball scholarship to Nicholls State University.
1992 Nominated for the All Southland Conference Team
1994-95 Selected as a baseball pitcher for the Colorado Silver Bullets. She developed into one of the hardest-throwing Silver Bullets pitchers, and was the only Silver Bullet to hold opposing hitters under a .300 average. She struck out 23 hitters in 21 innings.
1997-1999 Took Berkmar High School to 3 appearances in the State Tournament as well as a State Final Four Finish, as a Coach
2000-2002 Took GSW to 3 appearances in Regional Softball Tournament play, as well as a 3 year Champion in the GACC Conference as a Coach. She compiled a record of 111-47
2001 Named GACC and Regional Coach of the Year while at GSW
2002 Earned her Master of Education degree from GSW
2006 Her jersey, bat and glove memorabilia are displayed at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY
2005 Ann Williams Planas scholarship at Williston High School has been formed. A softball player will receive this $500/award yearly.
