Grambling State Transfer Added To 2017 Roster

AMERICUS, Ga. - Georgia Southwestern State University head baseball coach Bryan McLain has added 5-foot-11 senior outfielder Diamyn Hall to the Hurricanes 2017 roster. Hall is a transfer from NCAA Division I member Grambling State University in Grambling, La.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Hall started 29 games last season for Grambling State, hit .250 and led the Tigers with four triples.

Hall turned in perhaps his best game of the spring against perennial power Lousiana State University on April 13, when he went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run batted in and two walks.

This summer Hall started 28 games for the Petersburg (Va.) Generals of the Coastal Plain League.
