Ward Finishes 10th, Hurricanes 9th at PBC Championship

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.- Georgia Southwestern men's golf senior Nicholas Ward posted an even par 72 in Round 3 to move up seven spots and finish tied for tenth at the Peach Belt Conference Championships at the World Golf Village Slammer & The Squire Course on Sunday.

The Hurricanes posted a 303 in Round 3 on the par 72, 6,939-yard Course to finish ninth with a three-round 901.

No. 16 USC Aiken won the tournament after posting a 286 in Round 3 to move up one spot and finish with a three-round 870. No. 6 Lander finished second with an 879 and No. 18 Young Harris placed third with an 881.

Vincent Norrman finished tied for 26th with a three round 227, Ethan Chamineak posted a 228 to place tied for 37th, Tyler Barker tied for 40th with a 229 and Alex Wells was 46th with a 232.
