Graham Named Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

AMERICUS, Ga.- Georgia Southwestern State University head women's basketball coach Kelly Britsky has announced the hiring of Nick Graham as her new assistant coach.

Graham comes to GSW from Santa Fe College in Gainsville, Fla., where he spent the last three years as an assistant coach and helped the Saints to a 15-14 record last season.

"I really enjoy working with guards and developing their game," Graham stated. "I think the most satisfying part of my job is watching my players graduate and helping them prepare for the working force."

The Miami, Fla., native played high school basketball at MAST Academy in Key Biscayne, Fla. After high school Graham went on to receive his associates degree from Santa Fe College in 2011 and returned to work there after he graduated with his bachelors from the University of Florida where he majored in sports management with a minor in business administration.

"We are excited to have Coach Graham on staff this year," Britsky said. "He has worked under a fantastic mentor at Santa Fe, Coach Chanda Stebbins, where he began his coaching career. Even though it is still early, I can already see the positive impact he will have on our program."
