GREENWOOD, S.C. - Vincent Norrman currently leads Georgia Southwestern golf team as he is tied for sixth place to end Day 1 of the Bearcat Classic. Norrman shot scores of 70 and 71 for a 141 (-3) total score at the par-72, 6,800 yard course.

With rounds of 285 and 293, GSW stands in sixth place with a 578 (+2) total card at the Greenwood Country Club. 

Tyler Barker finished Rounds 1 and 2 with a 145 (+1) card as he is tied in 24th place with rounds of 68 and 77. Wil Hernandez (71-76) is tied for 40th place with a score of 147 while Cole Madison is tied in 47th place with a score of 148, shooting rounds of 75 and 73. Ryan Cahill shot rounds of 77 and 74 as he is tied in 69th place with a total score of 151.  

Dan Bradbury from Lincoln Memorial leads the player leaderboard as he shot rounds of 69 and 68 for a 137 (-7) total. Clayton State's Andres Caballero and Nick Woof are tied in second place with a 139 (-5) total score. Lincoln's Sam Broadhurst and Clayton's Javier Gonzalez rounded out the top five players as they are tied in fourth place with a 140 (-4) card. 

No. 32 Clayton State finished Rounds 1 and 2 with a total score of 563, shooting 13-under. No. 11 Lincoln Memorial finished shooting 12-under 564 as they stand in second place followed by Lander, who carded a 576. No. 37 Newberry College and Delta State finished Rounds 1 and 2 tied for fourth place with a 577 (+1) par as that concluded Day 1 of the Bearcat Classic. 

GSW will tee off for day 2 at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
