AMERICUS, Ga. -- Junior Saksit Jairak earned his first Peach Belt Conference Golfer of the Week award after finishing tied for third place in the 90-golfer Hurricane Invitational on Tuesday.

His rounds of 70-72-66 were eight under par, three strokes out of the lead. He went six-under 66 in the final round and tied the 4th-lowest round in the PBC this season as his efforts helped the Hurricanes to their third tournament championship of the year. GSW shot a 31-under 833 as a team, the lowest 54-hole tournament score by any PBC team this season.

Jairak picked up his second top-five finish of the year and is now sixth in the PBC with a 71.59 stroke average.
