ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The men's and women's Georgia Southwestern tennis teams were defeated by Flagler College on Saturday afternoon at the Flagler Tennis Center. The 17th-ranked Flagler men's team topped GSW, 7-2. The 16th-ranked Flagler women knocked off the Lady Hurricanes, 9-0.
NO. 16 FLAGLER 9, GSW WOMEN 0
The GSW women fell to 7-2 overall and 1-2 in the PBC after losing at Flagler (3-1, 3-0 PBC) on Saturday.
The Lady Hurricanes won three games in doubles, but gave the 16th-ranked Saints tighter matches on the singles side.
Leady Cuellar lost 6-4, 6-4 at No. 1 singles and Brook Anglin fell 6-3, 6-3 at No. 4.

The Georgia Southwestern men's tennis team had recorded one win in 18 matches against Flagler over the last two seasons before Saturday.
Stephen Moore and Ignacio Donnet notched singles victories for the Hurricanes.
Moore won his sixth match of the spring, defeating 55th-ranked Harry Snoxell at No. 3 singles, 6-1, 7-6 (10-8).
Donnet was up 4-1 in the first set before Uriel Oquendo retired at No. 6.
Freshman Matt Vansant lost 6-4, 6-4 to seventh-ranked David Cotrone at No. 1 singles.
Ryan Bartz won six games at No. 2 for GSW and Chris Eastwood won six at No. 4.
With the loss, GSW falls to 3-6 overall and 0-1 in the Peach Belt. Flagler improves to 3-0 overall and 3-0 in the PBC.
