ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.- The Georgia Southwestern softball team went 0-4 at the Flagler Tournament Friday and Saturday.

The Lady 'Canes lost 8-0 to Florida Southern on Friday. Florida Southern scored off a single in the third, a single in the fifth, a 2RBI home run and a single in the sixth and two more singles in the seventh.

GSW finished with four hits, zero runs and two errors.

GSW lost 7-0 to the University of Tampa on Friday. Tampa scored two runs off a homer in the first, hit another home run in the third to score three and had another homer in the seventh to score two.

GSW finished with zero runs, zero hits and one error.

On Saturday GSW lost to Florida Southern 9-1. Florida Southern homerd in the first, scored six in the third off two singles, two doubles and an error and two more in the fourth off a sacrifice fly and a double.

GSW scored in the fifth when Mikela Barlow singled up the middle and plating Graysen Sanders.

GSW finished with six hits, one run and one error.

The Lady 'Canes lost 7-3 to the University of Tampa on Saturday. Allee Denney started off the first inning with a 3RBI home run to score Hayley Tierce and Joshlyn Martin.

The University of Tampa scored four in the second off a home run and a single, scored one in the third, one in the fourth and one in the sixth.

GSW finished with six hits, three runs and one error.

The Lady 'Canes are home on Tuesday to play Middle Georgia State in a doubleheader starting at 3:00 p.m.
