Tatum Named To Peach Belt All-Conference First Team

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Georgia Southwestern men's basketball player Donte Tatum was named a Peach Belt All-Conference First Team player, released Friday afternoon by the league. 

The junior from Raleigh, N.C., started all 17 games and led the Hurricanes with 18.2 points per game. He was second on the team with 6.4 rebounds per game while averaging 2.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game. 

Tatum finished the season with eight 20+ scoring games and a team-high four double-doubles. He had season-highs 26 points and 13 rebounds against Columbus St. on January 27. He finished the season fifth in the PBC with 18.2 points per game and sixth with a 55.7 field goal average. 

Tatum becomes the 17th all-conference selection from the GSW men's basketball program since the Hurricanes joined the NCAA in 2006-07.
