GSW moved up two slots on Tuesday to claim sixth place out of 17 teams with a three-round total of 891. Gibson finished 2-under par with a 214.
The Hurricanes finished 35 strokes behind 18th-ranked USC Aiken for the top spot in the team standings at the par-72, 6,800-yard Greenwood Country Club.
