VALDOSTA, Ga.- The Georgia Southwestern men's golf team finished 13th out of a very tough 18-team field at the 2015 Southeastern Collegiate tournament at Kinderlou Forest. The Hurricanes posted a team score of 302 in Round 3 making their overall team total 901 after shooting 300 in Round 1 on Sunday and 299 in Round 2 on Monday.

Nicholas Ward lead GSW getting four birdies and three bogeys today to score a 71 and tie for 14th out of 90 individuals. Ward finished two-over par after shooting a total of 219 (74, 74, 71).

Chris Low shot his lowest round of the tournament today scoring a 73 after getting four birdies and five bogeys. Low tied for 30th with a total score of 224 (76, 75, 73) shooting 8-over par.

No. 7 ranked St. Leo lead the tournament from Round 1 and won with a team score of 859 (292, 276, 291)shooting 5-under par. No. 5 Lynn posted a team score of 868 (287, 290, 291) to take second shooting four-over par.

The Hurricanes will travel to Estonton, Ga. for the Bobcat Intercollegiate hosted by Georgia College at Cuscowilla Golf Club. Rounds 1 and 2 will be played Monday and Round 3 on Tuesday.
