AMERICUS, Ga. -- Senior golfer Vincent Norrman picked up his second consecutive Peach Belt Conference Golfer of the Week honor this season as announced by the conference Thursday afternoon.
At the GolfRank Invitation, Norrman carded rounds of 70, 70 and 64 to win the individual title with a tournament-record score of 204 (-12). His final round of 64 (-8) matched the single-round record of the invitation and ties him for the lowest in the PBC this season and fifth-lowest in conference history. The win also ties him for 12th in PBC history with most wins.
In six rounds this season, he has been at or under par every time and leads the PBC with a 68.33 season stroke average.
Norrman now holds the record for most wins (4) in GSW history after passing Adam McKenney, who has three wins from the 2007-08 era.
