GREENWOOD, S.C. – The 8th-ranked Georgia Southwestern State University women's basketball ends its winning streak at 12 games with a 64-61 defeat against Lander University at Finis Horne Arena Saturday afternoon.
Jolicia Williams had a big game recording a team-high 23 points, while also recording five steals. This is Williams's third 20+ point game this season. Willaims was one of three Lady Hurricanes to finish in double figures in scoring, along with Ava Jones., and Lex Chatman
