AMERICUS, Ga. – The Lady Hurricanes get back in the win column defeating Peach Belt Conference rival Columbus State 72-52, on Wednesday evening in the Storm Dome.

Four Lady Hurricanes scored career highs Leianya Massenat scored a career-high 13 points she hit six of her eight shot attempts. Ndidiamaka Ndukwe scored 12 points she connected on four of her seven shot attempts and collected six rebounds has scored in double digits in four consecutive games. Jashanti Simmons scored 11 points points she was successful on four of her seven shots she snagged seven boards and added an assist. Simmons leads the team with eight games scoring in double figures Simmons has scored in double digits in 6 consecutive games. Lexi McCully also scored 11 points she connected on four of her eight shots and hauled in a career-high four rebounds.
