MILLEDGEVILLE - Less than a week after finishing the
Quality Inn/Hurricane Invitational a perfect 2-0, the Georgia
Southwestern women's soccer team struggled at the Little
Feet Invitational and finished 0-2 after dropping a
Saturday afternoon decision to Brewton-Parker, 3-0.
BPC opened its scoring in the 38th minute and took a 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
The Lady Barons added a goal in the 74th minute and completed the scoring in the 82nd minute.
Brewton-Parker (1-5) finished with a 14-12 shots advantage, while GSW held the edge in corner kicks, 9-6

Amber Bahri made
seven saves in her first start of the season between the pipes for
the Lady Hurricanes. Mallory Lashley stopped six for BPC.

Simpson tied with a match-high three shots on
goal apiece for GSW.
