GSW golfers Elias Birkeland and Vincent Norrman have been named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars for the 2019-20 season as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday afternoon. Both of the Hurricanes are first-time recipients of the honor.
Georgia Southwestern senior golfer Vincent Norrman was selected to play in the 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup. The announcement was made Friday during a broadcast on the Golf Channel. Norrman is one of the 12 men's collegiate players selected for the international team and the only NCAA Division II player on the men's side. Norrman won five events this year and ended the season the top-ranked individual in Division II.
