A two-run home run by Ryan Lewis in the second inning and a two-run blast in the third from Rogers would prove to be more that enough run support for Columbus State starting pitcher David Lane.

GSW managed only four hits in the game, two coming in the form of doubles from Dooley and Kevin Carroll.

Mitch Rider accounted for two of CSU’s three runs in the eighth when he hit his second two-run home run of the series.
