COLUMBUS, Ga. - The Georgia Southwestern men's golf team traveled to Columbus University to compete in the AFLAC/Cougar Invitational. After the first two rounds the Hurricanes are placed in 11th with a team score of 587 on the 71 Par, 6516 yard course.

Anders Olsson leads the Hurricanes with a score of 70 in the first round and 75 in the second. Olsson sits at 28th in the tournamnt out of 90 competitors. Nicholas Ward is GSW's second man, sitting in 37th overall with a score of 69 in the first round and 77 in the second. Hayes Dupree shot even with a socre of 74 in both rounds and currently sits in 48th overall.  

The Hurricanes will enter the final round right behind Limestone College and 14th-ranked Florida Southern. 

GSW wraps up play at the AFLAC/COUGAR Invite on Tuesday with their final round starting at 9:45AM.
