GREENWOOD, S.C. - The Georgia Southwestern men's golf team finished tied for 6th overall out of 17 teams at the Bearcat Invitational hosted by Lander University at Greenwood Country Club.

GSW was tied for 6th going into Round 3 with a team score of 575 and finished tied with Lander University and Mt. Olive all posting 1-over par scores of 865 in the 3 Round, 54 hole tournament.

Chris Low  lead GSW and finished the Bearcat Invitational tied for 8th out of 90 players posting 4-under par 212 after 3 rounds. Low was nine strokes behind the leader, Sebastian Barnoya from Flagler College, who shot a 13-under par score of 203.

Fraser Johnston moved up three spots to tie for 46th after shooting a 1-over par 73 in Round 3 to finish with an overall score of 220 (71, 76, 73).

The Hurricanes travel to Tiger Point Golf Club in Gulf Breeze, FL. Monday and Tuesday for the Argonaut Invitational hosted by West Florida University.
