LAGRANGE - Casey Burns tossed the first complete-game shutout of the spring in the opener and Mason Moreland went 3-for-4 in the nightcap to lead the Georgia Southwestern softball team to a 1-0, 4-3 (8 innings) sweep of LaGrange on Saturday afternoon at the LaGrange College Softball Complex.

GSW improves to 9-11 overall.
