Daily Double; Lady Canes Defeat Savannah State 67-53

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Georgia Southwestern women's basketball team extends their winning streak to four games defeating Savannah State 67-53 on Saturday evening. 

The Lady Hurricanes had four players score in double figures. Lexi McCully scored 15 points adding two assists, and hauled in three rebounds. Kayla Langley also added 15 points she made five of her eight shot attempts, she also added a double-double hauling in 10 assists. Leah Johnson had a career best 12 points she shot 71 percent from the field, while also adding a double-double and collecting 15 boards. Jashanti Simmons added 10 points, on five rebounds, and two steals.
