DAHLONEGA, Ga.- The 2nd-ranked NCAA Division II women's soccer team North Georgia scored three goals in the first half and eight in the second on Saturday at the UNG Soccer Complex to take an 11-0 victory against Georgia Southwestern.

The Lady 'Canes drop to 2-8 overall and 0-5 in the Peach Belt Conference while North Georgia improves to 9-0-1 and 4-0-1 in the PBC.

Elyse Gowen played 56:45 minutes in net for the Lady 'Canes and made eight saves. Chelsee Wright played the remaining 33:15 minutes and made five saves.

Drew Endreson had the only shot on goal against the No. 2 Nighthawks.

The Lady 'Canes are home on Wednesday to host University of Montevallo at 3:30 p.m. at Hurricane Field.
