AMERICUS, Ga. -- The Georgia Southwestern State University women's soccer team played to a 0-0 tie to Georgia College and State on Saturday Night.
Neither team was able to gain the upper hand on the other both teams had opportunities for goals but lady luck intervened.
GSW outshot the Bobcats 9-6, and the Canes also had the advantage in corner kicks 10-3.
Alana Beddow saved all six shots attempted by the Bobcats and earned her fourth shut out on the season.
GSW will be back home to face off against Saint Leo in a midweek non-conference match 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
