AMERICUS, Ga. -- The Georgia Southwestern State University women's soccer team fell 3-0 to Saint Leo on Wednesday night. 

The Lions scored two goals in the first half giving them momentum going forward.

GSW played much better in the second half and were fighting until the Lions scored the final goal of the match within six minutes of the second half.

Saint Leo outshot the Canes 8-5, both teams each had four corner kicks.

GSW will be on the road to face off against Peach Belt Conference rival Lander University (5-2, 1-1) at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday.
