The GSW women's tennis team, playing away from home for the first time this season, improved their record to 3-2 with a 9-0 win at Albany State on Wednesday afternoon. The Lady 'Canes surrendered only six games in doubles and dropped one set in singles play.
Southwestern's best showing in doubles came at No. 1 where Leady Cuellar and Mollie McGowan were victorious 8-1. On the singles side, Katie Adamson won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6.
Southwestern hosts Fort Valley State on Thursday (2/18) at 2:00 p.m.
