Galindo oversees the team's video analysis and scouting reports, he helps with the recruiting and scouting process of future student-athletes, he is responsible for the technical portion of the sessions, and he helps balance the periodization training schedule for the season. 

Galindo has coached and been involved at various levels of the game coaching club soccer in the state of Georgia and South Carolina, the Olympic Development programs for both states, semiprofessional with SC United Bantams of the USL 2, a volunteer assistant at Columbus State University, and prior to becoming a Cane, he was the head coach of the Columbus Rapids women’s professional indoor soccer team who play in the National Indoor Soccer League (NISL). He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation A license.

Galindo played at Lander University under Van Taylor and received his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a minor in Spanish. Prior to Lander, he played club at Clemson Area Soccer Club (CASC), now known as Clemson Anderson Soccer Alliance (CASA Pride) and played with the youth academy of UNAM Pumas in Mexico City, Mexico.

He was born and raised in Seneca, S.C.
