What is your pre-game routine/ritual? Any superstitions? I change socks no matter how little of time was spent in them, so that they're fresh for my race.

What is your biggest sports moment?  I had to compete against my teammates for a spot on my high school's state XC team for three years and finally, my senior year I earned my spot and got to race at the state championship.
